You need both houses.
At seventeen and up, one house won't fit you comfortably, and you don't need it to. Casa Atlixco and Casa Mérida are a ten-minute drive apart, and together they sleep 30. Most groups this size put the early risers in Mérida, where there are five bathrooms, and everyone else in Atlixco's garden.

Is it really cheaper to book here than on Airbnb?
Yes. Both houses are listed on Airbnb, and both cost more there — the platform adds a guest service fee on top of the same nightly rate. Booking on this site skips it, and you get us directly instead of a message relay.
Can we book a single room?
No — and that's deliberate. Each booking takes the whole house, so there are never other guests, and the kitchen, garden or rooftop belongs to your group for the length of the stay.
Can you arrange a chef, a massage or a temazcal?
All of it, on request. Tell us what the trip is for when you book and we'll put the options together before you land — a cook for the mornings, a chef for one long dinner, or a wellness day built around the group. Experiences are arranged separately from the stay itself.
We're celebrating something. Can we host at the house?
Casa Mérida's rooftop was made for exactly that — a table for the group, a grill, and sunset over Roma Norte. Tell us the numbers and the date when you book so we can plan it with you. Birthdays and bachelorettes are most of what happens up there.
How safe are these neighborhoods?
La Condesa and Roma Norte are among the safest and most walkable neighborhoods in Mexico City — you'll be walking to dinner. Both houses have gated entry, and the concierge is reachable at any hour of your stay.
What happens if our plans change?
Cancel 30 or more days before arrival and you're refunded in full. Between 29 and 7 days, half. Inside 7 days the booking is non-refundable — ask us anyway, because we'd rather move a date than lose you.
