The quieter of our two houses, for the group that wants a garden. Light-filled rooms in green and terracotta, a courtyard to eat breakfast in, and Parque México a walk away. Families and reunions tend to land here.

Where you'll be

La Condesa

Art deco streets, jacarandas, and Parque México at the middle of it. Slower and leafier than Roma Norte — a morning run, coffee under trees, dinner without a reservation. One of the safest, most walkable neighborhoods in the city.

Ten minutes from Casa Mérida, our rooftop house in Roma Norte — take both and you sleep thirty.

Is it really cheaper to book here than on Airbnb? +

Yes. The house is listed on Airbnb too, and it costs more there — the platform adds a guest service fee on top of the same nightly rate. Booking on this site skips it, and you get us directly instead of a message relay.

Can we book a single room? +

No — and that's deliberate. Each booking takes the whole house, so there are never other guests, and the kitchen and garden belong to your group for the length of the stay.

Can you arrange a chef, a massage or a temazcal? +

All of it, on request. Tell us what the trip is for when you book and we'll put the options together before you land — a cook for the mornings, a chef for one long dinner, or a wellness day built around the group. Experiences are arranged separately from the stay itself.

How safe is the neighborhood? +

La Condesa is among the safest and most walkable neighborhoods in Mexico City — you'll be walking to dinner. The house has gated entry, and the concierge is reachable at any hour of your stay.

What happens if our plans change? +

Cancel 30 or more days before arrival and you're refunded in full. Between 29 and 7 days, half. Inside 7 days the booking is non-refundable — ask us anyway, because we'd rather move a date than lose you.
