Wellness retreats · La Condesa · Roma Norte

A wellness retreat in the city, in a house of your own.

Most retreats near Mexico City mean a drive to Tepoztlán. Ours start in the garden. Host 8 to 16 people in a whole house, with yoga at home, saunas and a temazcal nearby, and long, quiet dinners.

Why a city retreat

Everything a retreat needs, a short walk away

A house, not a venue

Your group has the whole place. Practice in the morning, rest in the afternoon, eat together at night, and nobody else is checking in.

The city as the program

Saunas, cold plunges, a temazcal, good studios and the best markets in the country, all in Condesa and Roma or close by. No van ride to get to any of it.

Easy for everyone to reach

Guests fly into one airport and are at the house in half an hour if they land at the right time. Nobody loses a day getting to the retreat.

Which house fits your group

Morning practice: the garden or the rooftop

Casa Atlixco, La Condesa

A planted courtyard off the living room, a meditation corner with yoga mats, and a jacuzzi in the main bedroom. Six bedrooms, sleeps 14. The Amsterdam loop, two tree-lined miles, starts at the end of the street.

Casa Mérida, Roma Norte

A private rooftop with a daybed and an outdoor table, and quiet bedrooms on the top floors. Seven bedrooms and five full bathrooms, so mornings never bottleneck. Sleeps 16.

At either house

Private yoga, holistic massage, botanical facials and reiki can all come to the house. So can a chef who cooks light. How a chef works at the house.

Planning the days

Three days, sketched

One way a retreat can run. The Enterra team arranges any of it, and you keep only what you want.

  • Day one, arrive slowlyMexico City sits at 2,240 meters. A walk, not a hot yoga class. Massage at the house in the afternoon, an early dinner, and no alcohol tonight.
  • Day two, heat and coldGentle practice in the garden or on the roof. Sauna and plunge at Koti in the afternoon. The Tuesday market on Pachuca if it's a Tuesday.
  • Day three, go properlyNow everyone has caught up with the altitude. A run on the Amsterdam loop, or the temazcal in the afternoon. On a Sunday, Reforma closes to cars from eight to two, and Mercado el 100 is on.
  • Every eveningOne long dinner at the house, cooked by a chef or by the group, with nowhere to drive afterwards.

Good to know

What retreat hosts ask us

How many people can a retreat host?

Up to 14 at Casa Atlixco and up to 16 at Casa Mérida. The houses are ten minutes apart and sleep 30 together. How the two houses work.

Is there space for group yoga?

Yes, in the courtyard at Casa Atlixco or on the rooftop at Casa Mérida. Tell us your group size and practice and we'll say honestly which space fits better.

Can you bring teachers and therapists to the house?

Yes. Private yoga, holistic massage, botanical facials and reiki run at either house. They're add-ons, priced by group size.

Is a temazcal right for everyone?

No. It's hot, dark and close, and operators exclude claustrophobia, heart and kidney problems, high blood pressure and limited mobility. If someone is pregnant, ask before you book. A sauna session first is a good test.

Will the altitude affect the group?

Most people feel something for the first two days: a headache, getting winded on stairs. Drink more water than you think, go easy for 48 hours, and save the hard classes for day three.

How does the hold and payment work?

Tell us the dates and we hold them for 48 hours with no deposit while your group confirms. Then half when you book and the balance seven days before arrival.
