Eight to sixteen people, a few days in Mexico City, and real work to do between good meals. A whole house in La Condesa or Roma Norte gives your team one table to think around, quiet nights and no other guests. Here is how an offsite works at our two houses.
Casa Atlixco in La Condesa sleeps 14 in six bedrooms. It is the quieter house, with a planted courtyard just off the dining room and Parque México an eight-minute walk away.
Casa Mérida in Roma Norte sleeps 16 in seven bedrooms, with five full baths, so mornings never bottleneck. The private rooftop has a long dining table, a grill and a shaded daybed. There is private parking for three cars.
A bigger team? The two houses are ten minutes apart by car and together sleep 30. See how the two houses work for large groups.
Both houses have wireless broadband. Run sessions around the dining table, in the courtyard at Casa Atlixco, or on the rooftop at Casa Mérida once the sun moves. If your team needs a specific setup, like a screen or extra tables, tell us when you ask about dates and we will tell you honestly what the house can do.
A private chef can cook breakfast, a working lunch and one long dinner at home, so nobody loses an hour finding a table for 14. On the other nights, Roma Norte and La Condesa have good restaurants within walking distance. Ask us which ones can seat your group. The chef is an add-on, priced by group size and menu.
These are homes on residential streets. That suits a team that wants to think: quiet nights, early starts, long dinners rather than late ones. If you are planning an evening with outside guests, ask us first.
Both houses offer a factura (CFDI) on request. When you book, send your company's RFC, razón social, régimen fiscal, uso de CFDI and postal code. You can pay in USD or MXN.
Tell us your dates and team size. We will suggest the right house and hold the dates for 48 hours. Ask about dates →
