Enterra Travel runs two boutique villas, in La Condesa and Roma Norte. We want original work by Mexico City artists on the walls of both, on consignment, priced and ready to sell. It costs you nothing to hang, and you keep most of what sells.
Not a group show. Not a two-week pop-up where forty people come to the opening and nobody comes back.
Our guests rent an entire house for four nights. They eat breakfast under your painting. They notice it on day two. They ask about it. That is a different kind of looking than a gallery wall gets, and at our current pace it happens around 50 times a year in the Condesa house alone, with eight people in the group each time. The Roma Norte house adds its own on top.
Every piece carries a small label with a QR code. Guests scan it and land on a page with your name, your bio, the title, the medium, the price, and a way to buy. We handle the sale, the packing and the shipping. You get paid.
The honest version of the trade: we get walls that look considered without buying art, and you get sustained exposure to people who can afford to buy it. Both sides should say that out loud.
Where the work goes
Your work can hang in either house, or across both. We place pieces by room and by light, we tell you exactly where each one is going before anything moves, and we send you photographs once it is up.
La Condesa
Six bedrooms, sleeps fourteen. A private garden and courtyard, a meditation corner, light-filled rooms, and walls in the living room, the garden room and every bedroom. This is our established house and the one with a full trading history — every number further down this page comes from it.
Roma Norte
Seven bedrooms, sleeps sixteen, with a private rooftop terrace. It opened this year, so it has months of history rather than years — which is exactly why we are not putting its numbers next to Casa Atlixco's. It is more wall space and more guests on top of what you see below, and we would rather you discover that than have us estimate it for you.

Casa Atlixco's revenue grew 450% year over year, so the annual figure is a pace at current occupancy rather than a completed track record. We would rather tell you that than round it up.
We could have blended both houses together and shown you a bigger number. We have not, because Casa Mérida opened this year and a few months of data is not evidence of anything yet. Treat everything above as the floor rather than the ceiling.
They book 70 days ahead, which means they plan. They pay five times the city average per night, which means the budget exists. Across the Mexico City market roughly half of short-term rental guests are Mexican travellers and about a third arrive from the United States, so a piece bought here leaves with someone who hangs it somewhere and answers the question "where did you get that?" for years.

A short form with images of five to ten available pieces, your prices, dimensions and a link to your Instagram or site. Fifteen minutes, no portfolio PDF required.

Fit
Questions
Nothing. No submission fee, no hanging fee, no commission until a piece sells. You cover getting the work to us ready to hang, and we will collect it within Mexico City if that is easier. We pay for hardware, installation, photography, labels and your listing page.
You keep 70%, we keep 30%. The first ten artists accepted keep 80% for as long as they stay in the program.
For context: a brick-and-mortar gallery in a high-rent market typically takes 50%, sometimes 60%. Online art platforms take 20% to 40%. We are not doing a gallery's job — no openings, no art fair booth, no collector list — so we do not think we have earned a gallery's cut. Our real return is walls that look like someone thought about them.
We carry the risk, not you. At intake we agree on a value for each piece. If it is damaged, stolen or lost while it is in our care, we pay you that value within 30 days. No claim process, no deductible, no argument about how it happened.
The cap is $2,500 USD per piece, which is exactly why we limit the program to work priced below that. Being straight about it: these are houses full of guests, and over enough years something will get knocked. We would rather price that risk in honestly than pretend it away.
Either, or both. Casa Atlixco in La Condesa has six bedrooms and a garden; Casa Mérida in Roma Norte has seven and a rooftop terrace. We decide together on the call — you know your work and we know which rooms have the light and the wall for it. Nothing moves before you have agreed to the placement, and if a piece is not working where it is, we move it.
Because Casa Atlixco is the one with a real trading history. Casa Mérida opened this year, and a few months of bookings is not evidence of anything yet.

Six months, renewing automatically unless one of us gives 30 days' notice. If a piece needs to come back early for an exhibition or an outside sale, give us two weeks so we can fill the wall properly.
A small card next to each work carries the title, your name, and a QR code. Scanning it opens that piece's page on our site with the full details, your bio, and a purchase button. Our concierge can also handle it in person for guests who prefer that.
We pay you within 10 business days of the funds clearing, and we handle packing and shipping.
Completely. You retain copyright and every reproduction right. What you grant us is permission to photograph the work and use those images to promote Enterra Collections and the properties, always with your name attached. We do not print it, reproduce it, or put it on anything.
No, and most artists in the program do not have it. If you do have a gallery, read your contract first — some agreements claim exclusive rights over sales within a given city, and we do not want to put you in breach of anything.
Yes. We schedule artist visits between bookings, and within a week of installing we send you photographs of the work in the room so you have them for your own documentation.
