Casa Atlixco has 6 bedrooms, 7 beds and 2.5 bathrooms over two floors, and sleeps up to 14. The whole house is yours, so breakfast happens in one kitchen instead of five hotel rooms, and nobody has to text the group to find out where everyone went.
It sits on a quiet art deco street in La Condesa. Parque México is eight minutes on foot, and the cafés along Avenida Ámsterdam are closer than that. It's the quieter of our two houses, and families and reunions tend to land here.

The house wraps around a planted courtyard with seating, just off the living and dining rooms. French doors open onto it, so the kids can run in and out while the grown-ups finish their coffee.
Inside, the dining table is where the reunion actually happens: the long lunch, the old stories, and the relative who always starts the toasts.

A chef, so nobody spends the reunion in the kitchen
Our in-house chef service is an add-on, priced by group size and menu. Most families book it for one big dinner at home and a relaxed lunch. Tell us about the birthdays, the allergies and the dish your grandmother still talks about, and we'll build the menu around it.
Ask for a pre-arrival grocery run and the fridge will be stocked before you land. A driver can meet the grandparents at the airport, and our wellness menu brings a massage or a sound bath to the house for anyone who needs a quiet afternoon.

Arrive and pick rooms
Check in from 4 pm. The grandparents take the two ground-floor bedrooms, whoever planned the trip gets the primary suite with its jacuzzi tub, and everyone walks to an early dinner nearby.
Saturday
The park, then the long lunch
A morning in Parque México while the kids burn off energy, then lunch at home with everyone at the table.
Sunday
Brunch, then home
A late brunch in the courtyard and one last walk around Condesa. Checkout is at 11 am.
A home, not a venue
Quiet mornings, good neighbors
Casa Atlixco is a family home on a residential street in La Condesa. The house is for your booked group only, so no outside guests or events. Long family dinners are exactly what it's for. Check-in is from 4 pm and checkout is at 11 am, and a refundable USD 500 hold is placed the day before you arrive and released two days after you leave.

How many people can stay?
Up to 14 in Casa Atlixco's 6 bedrooms and 7 beds, with 2.5 bathrooms.
What if we're more than 14?
Casa Mérida in Roma Norte sleeps 16 and is ten minutes away. Some families take both houses and meet for dinner. See both villas.
Can someone cook for us?
Yes. Chef service is an add-on, priced by group size and menu. Tell us your dates and headcount and we'll quote it.
Is the house OK for grandparents?
Yes. Two of the six bedrooms are on the ground floor, next to a half bathroom, so nobody has to climb the spiral staircase to get to bed. Tell us who's coming and we'll suggest who sleeps where.
How does payment work?+
Half when you book, the balance seven days before arrival. It's easier for the organizer to collect from the group in two steps.
