Why one house, not hotel rooms
Seven bedrooms and nine beds over three floors, and the whole house is yours. The birthday person wakes up with their people around them, not scattered across hotel floors.
The rooftop has a tiled dining table, a charcoal grill, a bar area and a daybed lounge under string lights. Add flowers and candles and it is ready. No taxi home at the end of the night.
Casa Mérida is a family home on a residential street. Dinners with the toasts and the stories are exactly what it is for. If it rains, the dining room downstairs seats all 16.

A note from the founder
In Mexico we have a word for the time after a meal, when the plates are cleared and nobody gets up: sobremesa. It's my favorite part of any birthday. On the rooftop at Casa Mérida it tends to start around the second course and run until the string lights over Roma Norte are the only ones still on. The grill goes quiet, someone finds another bottle, and the toasts keep coming. That's what the house was set up for. Yes. Casa Mérida has a private garage on site with space for three cars, which is rare in Roma Norte.
Tell us the dates and we hold them for 48 hours with no deposit while your group agrees. Then half when you book and the balance seven days before arrival, which is easier to collect from everyone in two steps.
Full refund up to 30 days before arrival, 50% up to 7 days before, and no refund after that. A refundable security hold (MXN 10,000) is placed the day before you arrive and released two days after you leave.
