We rent two whole houses in Mexico City. Casa Atlixco in La Condesa sleeps 14, Casa Mérida in Roma Norte sleeps 16, and if your group is bigger than either one, you can take both and put 30 people ten minutes apart. You book direct with us, so there's no platform fee and no middleman between you and the person who holds the keys.
Most groups arrive at us after pricing hotels. Eight or nine rooms across two floors, everyone eating breakfast separately, and a lobby bar as the only place you can all sit down together. A house solves that in one line item.
| Casa Atlixco | Casa Mérida | |
|---|---|---|
| Neighborhood | La Condesa | Roma Norte |
| Bedrooms | 6 | 7 |
| Bathrooms | 3 | 5 |
| Beds | 7 | 9 |
| Sleeps | 14 | 16 |
| Standout feature | Private garden, indoor hot tub, pool and spa facilities | Private rooftop with outdoor dining table, charcoal grill, daybed lounge |
Both have parking, a full kitchen with a water purifier, laundry, and a baby high chair on request. Casa Atlixco has air conditioning and sits 11.1 km from the airport, a few minutes' walk from Parque México. Casa Mérida has a washer and dryer and puts you in the middle of Roma Norte.
Everyone sleeps under one roof. That sounds obvious until you've tried to get fourteen people out the door from three different hotel floors at eight in the morning.
You get a kitchen. Coffee before anyone has to be presentable, a fridge for the things people bought at the market, dinner at home on the night nobody wants another restaurant. Both villas have full kitchens, and we can arrange an in-house chef so one person isn't stuck cooking for the whole group.
You get one bill. Splitting a villa is arithmetic. Splitting nine hotel folios with different minibar charges is an argument.
And you get a room where all of you fit at once. Casa Atlixco has the garden and the hot tub for that. Casa Mérida has the rooftop, with a grill and a dining table already up there.
Starting rates, divided by full occupancy. This shows how the math works; it isn't a quote for your dates.
| Setup | From-rate | Sleeps | Per person, per night |
|---|---|---|---|
| Casa Atlixco | $238 | 14 | about $17 |
| Casa Mérida | $277 | 16 | about $17 |
| Both villas | $515 | 30 | about $17 |
Rates move with season, length of stay, and demand, and the from-rate is the floor rather than the average. Send us your dates and we'll quote the real number.
Included in the nightly rate: the whole house with nobody else in it, parking, the full kitchen, laundry equipment, linens and towels, and a baby high chair if you ask ahead.
Costs extra: in-house chef service, a pre-arrival grocery run so the fridge is stocked when you land, itinerary planning, and optional housekeeping or laundry service during the stay. Our 24/7 concierge line comes with the booking.
There's a wellness menu you can add for the group as well, with tarot readings, reiki energy healing, holistic massage with aromatherapy, and botanical facials. Practitioners come to the house.
Fifty percent is due when you book, and the balance is due seven days before arrival. That split exists because it's easier for a group organizer to collect half now and half later than to ask twelve people for the full amount in February.
Cancel 30 or more days before arrival and you get 100% back. Cancel with at least 7 days' notice and you get 50%. Inside 7 days the balance has already been collected and isn't refundable.
We place a refundable security deposit as a pre-authorization on a card rather than a charge. It's released after checkout. The amount is confirmed when you book.
Check-in is 4pm, checkout is 11am. Children are welcome. We don't accept pets.
Casa Atlixco sleeps 14 across 6 bedrooms. Casa Mérida sleeps 16 across 7 bedrooms. Booking both gives you 30 beds in two neighborhoods that are a short ride apart.
Yes, and it's common for weddings and reunions. Tell us the headcount split you want and we'll hold both on the same dates.
Casa Atlixco is exactly that. Six bedrooms, seven beds, three bathrooms, private garden and indoor hot tub, in La Condesa.
It depends on the season and the dates. Ask us when you inquire and we'll tell you straight away rather than making you find out at checkout.
Yes. Our chef service is an add-on, priced by group size and menu. Groups usually book it for two or three nights of a week-long stay rather than every night.
Send us your dates, your headcount, and anything that shapes the trip: a birthday, an early flight, a vegetarian in the group, a toddler. We'll come back with availability, a real quote, and an honest read on which villa suits you better. If neither fits, we'll say so.
Thirty guests, two houses, ten minutes apart.
Take Casa Atlixco in La Condesa, Casa Merida in Roma Norte, or both on the same dates. Chef service, concierge and direct booking with no platform fee.
